Who runs this guide
BioEden Field Guide is an independent, unofficial guide operated by an individual based in the United States. ‘BioEden Field Guide’ is a public site name, not a claim that it is a registered legal entity. For questions about this notice, email [email protected].
What this site does not collect
The current static implementation has no accounts, login forms, contact forms, uploads, comments, newsletters, advertising trackers, site-run analytics or application database. It sets no application cookies and uses no localStorage. Fonts and styles are local; reading pages does not request third-party assets.
Hosting and technical requests
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare also provides the site's DNS and email routing. For delivery, security and operation, Cloudflare may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information, requested page, referrer and request time. We do not claim that reading a static page produces zero infrastructure data or that infrastructure records have a particular retention period. If you contact us
Email is optional. Sending a message to our support address shares your sender address and whatever you include in the message with us and the email providers involved. We use support emails to read and respond to messages, not for subscriptions or marketing. Do not send sensitive personal information or game credentials.
The support address uses Cloudflare Email Routing to forward messages to a private Google-hosted mailbox. We keep messages in our mailbox without a routine deletion schedule; this does not promise permanent retention. You may contact us about a message you sent. We will consider requests as required by applicable law.
External links and your choices
Following a source link takes you to an independent third-party service. Its privacy practices apply there. Our lack of site-run analytics does not mean those services avoid collecting data.
There are no guide accounts to delete. For questions about a message you sent us, contact [email protected]. Requests depend on applicable requirements and information actually retained.
Changes and effective date
Accounts, analytics, advertising, persistent storage or other data features are outside this release. If that changes, this notice will be reviewed before enabling them. We may update this notice and will show the effective date of the current version here. Effective date: September 24, 2026.
